Marius Gödert studied Business Administration at the University of Trier and graduated as Diplom-Kaufmann. He began his professional career in 2012 at PwC Luxembourg in audit, where he built a solid foundation in financial reporting, internal control environments and regulated financial settings. In the following years, he expanded his experience into regulatory, finance and governance-related topics, developing a comprehensive understanding of how regulated financial institutions and financial service providers operate in practice.

After several years in consulting, including running his own advisory practice, he supported various financial institutions and financial service providers in the areas of finance, compliance and organisational matters. His work focused on supporting management in structuring processes, roles and workflows, as well as on the implementation of regulatory and organisational requirements.

His professional approach is characterised by a structured and careful way of working, with a clear focus on transparent processes, sound governance structures and reliable execution. He places particular importance on consistency, regulatory appropriateness and sustainable organisational structures within a regulated environment.
